Father’s Day

I didn’t speak to my father today. I didn’t call my mother either. What I did was go to my Sunday coaching call, have a meal with my son and husband, and rest.

Yesterday, I took my first run in 10 years. It went really well, all things considered. I’m going to go running again tomorrow, on the treadmill at work… hoping for improvement. Tuesday is OT day, and that will be a workout in and of itself. (Upper body)

Wednesday will be a rest day.

Thursday will be leg day.

Friday will be biking to commute.

Saturday will be a run in the AM, and recovery is stretching in the evening.

Sunday will be a full rest.

I will concentrate on not under eating and eating real meals and not just snacking all day.

The first step for that is grocery shopping for the perishable things we are out of.
