Day 1 of Mindful Intention

Setting my new habit last night. I completed my 10 things of gratitude. Instead of watching TV to fall asleep, I found a true crime podcast for sleep. It was interesting but soothing and I slept through the night without my screen being on.

This morning, as I was getting ready for work and driving, I set my intention of not taking on the stress of others. I did that by staying in my lane and doing what I could in my realm of influence.  It made a very busy day much less stressful. 

As I’m wrapping up my day I have my favorite playlist on and I got a much-needed workout in.
