2025 Intention

My intention of the year is consistency. I will be consistent in my efforts in my health / wellness. I will be consistent in my efforts to improve my spirituality. I will be consistent at improving my relationships with those I care about most.

What that looks like is prioritizing the following:

  • daily movement for 30+ minutes
  • eating at home more
  • prioritizing time with my husband and family
  • being present at work
  • giving time and space for silence in my life by unplugging at least once a week
  • connecting to my spiritual practice in a meaningful way
  • Writing daily

In other words, doing everything I already am but more consistently. I want my habits to be second nature this year, so I can go from good to great and to make some inconsistencies in my life to be better habits.
