My intention for 2022 was to just keep moving. And I did. And it was the best year of my life. It was also one of the hardest years of my life. Losing Cyclebar as my home away from home and the friendships that I formed there was painful. But, in the wake of that loss… I found my work family. We’re not perfect. And like most families, we struggle with each other from time to time. But, as I learned very intimately this week… they will come to bat for you when you have to conquer the mountain. As part of that work family came a very good friend. It was just here and there at first but over the last several months, we have trusted each other in ways I didn’t think I would experience again. When I need someone besides my husband, I have been able to turn to her and that has been so good for my heart and soul.
