Before leave started I participated in a wellbeing seminar that was all about leading with intention.
I am having a little trouble sleeping tonight and this topic has settled on my brain.
Three questions I’ve been pondering.
- Who do I want to be?
- What small action can I take today?
- What do I hope to have or experience over time?
I am who I want to be. I am generally healthy. I am genuinely happy with my life overall. I give and do my best every day.
The small action I am going to take today is get some paperwork done.
What I look forward to experiencing this year is owning the title of author by writing my first draft. I look forward to having my routine so locked in that my important things get done. I want to experience a trip to the pacific ocean. I hope we will also be moving into a home that suits our needs better.
