2026 — Year of the Horse

The year I was born, was also the year of the Horse. So, I’m claiming this year as mine. I am claiming the year to level up the person I am meant to be.

My intention of consistency from last year was a success. But, since I’m human there is room for improvement. This year, I will focus on momentum.

Every action will lead to the next right thing for me. Starting with making my morning and evening the same every day.

  • Morning Routine:
    • Wake up 5:30, stretch hydrate, workout
    • 7:30 shower, get ready for work, eat breakfast
    • 8:30 leave for work
  • Evening Routine
    • Dinner prep
    • Downtime w/ family
    • 9:00 — bedtime
      • hygiene activities
      • journaling
      • sleep by 10:00 pm
