The year I was born, was also the year of the Horse. So, I’m claiming this year as mine. I am claiming the year to level up the person I am meant to be.
My intention of consistency from last year was a success. But, since I’m human there is room for improvement. This year, I will focus on momentum.
Every action will lead to the next right thing for me. Starting with making my morning and evening the same every day.
- Morning Routine:
- Wake up 5:30, stretch hydrate, workout
- 7:30 shower, get ready for work, eat breakfast
- 8:30 leave for work
- Evening Routine
- Dinner prep
- Downtime w/ family
- 9:00 — bedtime
- hygiene activities
- journaling
- sleep by 10:00 pm
