Habit Challenge Day 7

Write a letter from your fear.

Dear Beth,

I am your fear of being a failure, and this is what I want to say to you.

Being a failure is a stepping stone. Failure is temporary and an opportunity to grow. But, are you really a failure if you overcome and adapt through any of your challenges?

  • Example 1: Every activity of daily life. You take care of yourself. When you were growing up, a lot of people doubted that you ever would.
  • Example 2: You trained in Krav Maga, and kickboxing, and even learned how to enjoy indoor cycling.
  • Example 3: You have a degree and a career.
  • Example 4: You’re driving and enjoying the road.
  • Example 5: You have figured out how to manage your health with the minimum amount of intervention from medicine.

Remember, because you are who you are, you are stronger than everyone else. Your life is different than others, you have challenges where others don’t, and that means I have been part of your life from day 1. Being a failure at something is often your first step.

Embrace me. And, enjoy the success when you get it figured out. You got this.
