Habit challenge Day 6

What can you do today to make next week easier?


  • Today, I’m going to set my meal plan for the week. This will make recovery/healing from my procedure easier.
  • I will set my grocery list for shopping after work tomorrow.
  • I will set time aside on my daily calendar for journaling and spiritual upliftment.
  • I will walk the dog in the morning.
  • Lastly, I am going to set a full water bottle at my bedside each night to drink first thing in the morning.
