Habit challenge Day 5

How did you overcome a challenge from today or this week?


My brain was fried yesterday after work, I came home and crashed.

The way I deal challenges is to improvise, adapt, and overcome. 

After 3 workouts for 3 days, my body wasn’t having it. So, instead of pushing past my limits… I walked more and did more passive movements that felt good. Still got movement in but there wasn’t any pushing passed my limit. I’m hoping that by the end of the 30 days, I will have built the stamina to exercise daily and be forced into a rest day. I want it to be a purposeful decision to rest
