Insomnia

There was a time when my sleeping patterns were so out of whack that I would go days without proper sleep.

Back then, it didn’t matter because I wasn’t working outside the house. These days, if I suffer a bad bout of insomnia I could miss work enough to impact our income and that is simply unacceptable. 

So, melatonin was a staple and I don’t sleep without my weighted blanket.  Melatonin makes for weird dreams, so I’m trying something new.

Last night was day 1 and I slept well. We’ll see how tonight works out.
