Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

I have gotten out of my daily habits so this prompt is perfect for a Sunday as I set my intentions for the week.

My morning routine:

  • Wake up // workout
  • Make breakfast (morning smoothie) and get ready for work
  • Pack lunch
  • Meditate
  • Drive or ride to work

My nighttime routine:

  • Cook dinner
  • Straighten the livingroom
  • Daily chore
  • Writing
  • Movies/Games/Reading
  • PT routine
  • Medication
  • Bed/sleep

The things I do my very best to do for my mental and overall health are my meds, writing, and my workouts/PT.
