Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
I have gotten out of my daily habits so this prompt is perfect for a Sunday as I set my intentions for the week.
My morning routine:
- Wake up // workout
- Make breakfast (morning smoothie) and get ready for work
- Pack lunch
- Meditate
- Drive or ride to work
My nighttime routine:
- Cook dinner
- Straighten the livingroom
- Daily chore
- Writing
- Movies/Games/Reading
- PT routine
- Medication
- Bed/sleep
The things I do my very best to do for my mental and overall health are my meds, writing, and my workouts/PT.
