Grounding Exercise

How does every part of my body feel at this moment?

Head is heavy from all the stress of the day.

Neck feels tight and stiff because I haven’t stretched today.

Shoulders and upper back are tight and sore but not painful.

Chest and torso feel supported and full… as in I’ve had good meals and fueled my body.

My arms and legs are heavy and tired after a day of use.

My feet are cold and dry. They are begging for some pampering.
