How will you take care of yourself? What does your self-care kit look like?

Taking care of myself for the rest of the year means making a crystal clear boundary between work and home life. I will not sacrifice the balance I find necessary to maintain my physical and mental health. 

It means taking responsibility for my nutrition by eating protein-centric meals several times a day.

It’s also making time for my workouts whenever I can get it in, whether that’s before or after work. No excuses.
