Popping up on my social media feed is the #kindness movement. Our team at work sometimes has trouble leading with kindness. It is indicative of the attitude of some of our leaders who have a hard time finding something positive to say about a subordinate.
So today I took the concept of kindness Thursday into work. Since it was my last work day before my birthday… my kind act was sharing a Deli Wrap platter with my team. It was a good day.
