Moving

Movement is important to me. Like, if I don’t move my major muscles, my body physically rebels… which throws my mental health into a tailspin.

Lately, I haven’t been moving as much or as intensely as I like… and I have been feeling it. Today, I cleaned up my home workout space, and I did a 45-minute zen cycle/flow and meditation. 

It was perfect for a Sunday. During the meditation, I set my intention for the week. I will move all 7 days this week

My schedule will look like:

Today: LISS/Yoga

Monday: Cycle

Tuesday: Strength/Gym

Wednesday: Hike with the Dog

Thursday: Cycle

Friday: Strength/Gym

Saturday: Hike with the Dog

Sunday: Recovery/stretch
