I’m so sorry I missed a day of posting. I did write though… so my goal is intact.
I’ve been rewatching the previous seasons of The Handmaid’s Tale. It’s been eerie yet, oddly enjoyable.
I need to get back to my workouts and reading habits. Especially now that my schedule at work is consistent and my bedtime schedule is becoming consistent. I miss the sweat and the catharsis.
So, the goal for the weekend is to begin a 75-day challenge. I will walk my younger dog every morning before starting my day and then after work, a workout class, or a strength session. That will mean dialing in on my bedtime and morning routine. I excited to start.
