Training Update

Cerebral Palsy means different levels of stamina from day to day. And sometimes, it knocks you down on your ass and can sabotage all the good things you were working on in the process.

I’ve been rundown the last few weeks, so training sessions have been sparse. I have been keeping up with my nutrition plan, and I genuinely love cooking and eating at home.

I need a belt on my new-ish pants that fit when I bought them a few weeks ago. My blood sugars have stabilized. For the most part, I feel good. That is a win for me.

Since I’m recovering from a bug of some kind, I will use this week to be gentle with my body. Stretching and PT exercises, and some walks. I’m going to watch some videos from my trainers and be ready to hit the ground running in a few days.
