My personal coach is awesome. I’m learning a lot even if my practice is lacking lately.
I’m lacking energy to wake up early enough to get my workouts in on any sort of schedule. And, last week meal prep was a complete bust.
I paid the price last night, and most of the day, for tanking on my nutrition plan. I did learn something, though.
I learned that the changes I’m making are really helping me. I felt like crap eating like crap and not prioritizing my workouts. This week, I’m making sure I cook most nights and working out at least 5 days. I’m going to keep the workouts simple this week… walking / bodyweight / spin. Nothing too crazy, I need to ease back into daily movement.
