Yesterday, I went to my director to give her updates on a few things. This morning, I got a note from my supervisor that my promotion has come through. I am also getting my sit/stand desk is going to be installed soon.
The note from my supervisor expressed high praises for the work that I’ve been doing over the last little while.
It is nice to be acknowledged and appreciated by the same women who were trying to fire me just a few months ago.
