Day 6

Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future. ~~ John F. Kennedy

I have spent much of my life looking back or yearning for a future that wasn’t destined to be.

These days, I live in the present. I do not dwell on things that have happened unless it is to avoid making similar mistakes. I do not plan for things too far in the future, so I’m not blinded to opportunities and good things.

I have learned to leave room for spontaneity and change.
