Now that I have a good working exercise bike and I have a membership in a program, I am starting to build a routine.
First was getting my medications on board and a schedule that is consistent.
Now, I move on my bike every day. 8 days and counting (I’ll stop counting at 75). And with my meds… I expect to see changes in my numbers.
The last thing to work on and perpetually (I enjoy food) is my nutrition. Feeding myself enough calories and macros that will sustain me and my preferred level of activity.
It’s not going to be easy. And yet I know without any doubt that I’m worth it.
I just hope it’s not in vain. If things go bad with the curveball that’s still in motion, none of this will matter.
