We accepted a second placement of another little boy. He is 7. He has bounced around quite a bit before finding his way to our home. He’s been here for about 10 days. And, he fits. He has even said that: “He likes it here.”
Our 6 year old seems to like having a sibling around. His behavior has relaxed a bit in some areas.
This journey is interesting… we weren’t expecting another placement to come while foster son #1 was here. But, the universe knew exactly what our family needed and found a way to bring it to us.
2 cases, 2 families (3 including mine), and a journey beyond the horizon. My wall of family pictures is growing faster than I anticipated.
